Summary

This order establishes the President's Commission on Educational Resource Equity to study gaps in access to school resources and their causes and effects. The Commission may have up to 13 members appointed by the President from public and private sectors.

The Commission must collect information, invite experts, and submit a report to the President and Congress by August 31, 2001, with analyses and recommendations.
