Summary

This order creates the Interagency Group on Insular Areas within the Department of the Interior to address policies for Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands. The group will be led by the Interior Secretary and the President's Director of Intergovernmental Affairs and may form subgroups as needed.
