Continuing the President's National Council for the American Worker and the American Workforce Policy Advisory Board

What it orders
The order extends two workforce-policy bodies — the President's National Council for the American Worker and the American Workforce Policy Advisory Board — both of which were established by Executive Order 13845 in July 2018. It does so by amending the termination clause of that earlier order, resetting the Council's expiration date to September 30, 2021, subject to further extension by the President.
The order makes no structural or policy changes to either body. It does not alter their membership, mandate, or authorities; it simply prevents them from lapsing at their prior expiration date.

Why it matters
