Summary

This order withdraws United States participation from the United Nations Human Rights Council and directs a review of United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization membership. It also prohibits United States contributions to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees and withholds the United States share of the United Nations regular budget for the Human Rights Council.
