Summary

This order creates an Advisory Commission on Consumer Protection and Quality in the Health Care Industry. The Commission will have up to 20 members from consumers, providers, health professionals, insurers, purchasers, and state and local representatives, with the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Secretary of Labor as co-chairs.
